How Transaction Bundles Work
What is a transaction and how are they calculated?
The total number of transactions are calculated by combining the number of line items received and picked, finished goods created, and Inventory adjustments made throughout the month. Examples are shown below.
Receiving: A transaction for a Purchase Order (PO) is counted for each receipt of a line item from the web console and mobile device on the order. For example, if a PO has 5 line items with quantities of 100 on each, you would have used 5 transactions.
Picking: A transaction for a Sales and Transfer Order is counted for each line item picked or shorted on an order. For example, if you have a Sales Order that has 5 line items calling for a quantity of 100 on each, you would have used 5 transactions.
Kitting and Manufacturing: Every time a finished good is created, a transaction would be used. For example, if you have 5 manufacturing jobs with 2 License Plate activations on each, you would have used 10 transactions.
Inventory Adjustments: Each inventory adjustment made from the mobile device and web console would count as a single transaction. For example, if you adjust 5 items by a quantity of 100 for each, you would have used 5 transactions.
Subscriptions are priced based on the number of transactions your organization uses. Transaction Bundles are directly associated with the subscription details of your company and determine pricing. To view our current Transaction Bundles, please select Pricing at the top of our home page.
