Placing Pick Requests On Hold

Pick Request/Return Holds

If items are on hold on a pick request, they will not be able to be shipped. To remove items that are on hold use the Pick Request/Return Holds function.

This feature is found in the Outbound Tab > Pick Request/Return Tools > Pick Request/Return Holds

Order Hold

  1. Enter the order number in the Order # field and click the Go button
  2. You will see a list of the items on this order that are on hold (See Pick Request/Return Holds: Image 1). Click the checkbox beside the items you want to remove from hold and click the Update button
  3. Once all items are removed from hold the pick request can be shipped.
