Placing Pick Requests On Hold
Pick Request/Return Holds
If items are on hold on a pick request, they will not be able to be shipped. To remove items that are on hold use the Pick Request/Return Holds function.
This feature is found in the Outbound Tab > Pick Request/Return Tools > Pick Request/Return Holds
- Enter the order number in the Order # field and click the Go button
- You will see a list of the items on this order that are on hold (See Pick Request/Return Holds: Image 1). Click the checkbox beside the items you want to remove from hold and click the Update button
- Once all items are removed from hold the pick request can be shipped.
